Chef Hélio Loureiro has always loved his native city, Porto, and is a keen researcher of its history and its palates. This work brings together the most traditional dishes and makes them accessible to everyone. Imbued with historical curiosities about the traditions and experiences of each dish, he opens the door to a fantastic journey into the flavours of Porto.
He is joined by some of the most prominent chefs in the city, such as António Vieira, Camilo Jaña, José Cordeiro, Inês Diniz, João Pupo Lameiras, Luís Américo, Marco Gomes and Rui Paula. They have all shared a recipe inspired by this wonderful land to create true "works of art".
